Feilong automobile water pump has five major series of heavy, middle, light, car, minimum and more than 500 varieties, and has more than 200 varieties in exhaust manifolds, has more than 20 varieties in intake manifolds. The company can provide for more than 30 enterprises such as Faw-Volkswagen, Shanghai- Volkswagen, DPCA, Shanghai Automobile Industry Corporation, Chery Company, Dong'an Company, Tiannei company, Shenyang Mitsubishi, Jiangling Company, Geely Company, Yuchai, Weichai, Hangfa, Shangchai , Chaochai, Xichai, Dachai, Tianjin Perkins, BEIQI FOTON, Jianghuai, Yunnei, etc. The products are used for the market maintenance widely, move off in 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in our county and export to U.S.A., Japan, Germany, Italy, Sounth Korea, Britain etc., and enter into auto companies' international purchasing system such as Cummins Inc , Deutz Engine Company , Fiat Corporation in Italy , Doosan in South Korea etc.

Scientific research and development
There are more than 460 professionals now, among whom, there are more than 75% graduating from university and college, 4 doctors, 5 masters, 14 persons with vice-senior title, and 67 persons with middle title. Focusing on introducing talented people with excellent skills, the company also trained professionals of high quality and nice related skills, which bring company more competition and vitality. The company also owns a advanced technical center : more than 360 sets of inspections and test equipment, physical chemistry lab, water pump performance lab ¡¢ durability lab ¡¢ high/low temperature lab ¡¢ flow lab ¡¢ vibration lab, etc. In 2001 £¬ it was assessed Provincial technical center, besides it is trying it best to become a national technical center. Postdoctor flow station was approved by national ministry of personnel in May, 2006. We have established research and develop center together with Shanghai Jiaotong University , Zhenzhou University , Xi'an University of Technology and Henan University of Science & Technology. In 2004, our company was awarded ¡°new and high technology enterprise¡± by Henan Provincial Science & Technology Department, China, and product wins many national patents.

Automobile water pumps, intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds are carried on mapping and design processing according to coming sample, also can be researched and developed  by ourself according to the joint size and technical parameter of the water pump, and then meet customers' requisition for properties of product. Computer Aided Design and Manufacture, adopt such software as PROE , CIMATRON , UG , CAXA ,etc.; The vertical , horizontal machining center makes products processing and mould ; PC-DMISMistral three coordinate machine of Brown Sharp, Swiss height gauge and other equipments for testing; 40T/h , 60T/h , 180T / h automatic sand processing line; Mechanized molding, assembly line, electric cooker melting; direct reading spectrograph before melting, C406 efficiently analyser, Fractography analyser after melting. all-purpose material experiment machine controlling and testing. The lead time for new water pumps is generally 30 days, the lead time for the new exhaust manifold is generally 30- 45days, the lead time for the new intake manifolds is generally 45-60 days, and the lead time for the new oil pan is generally 45 days.

Product manufacture
The company has 9 workshops, 8 processing lines of water pump housing, 4 belt pulley ¡¢ wheel hub processing lines, 3 processing lines of impeller and 7 assembly lines. Domestic components can be offered by over 40 suppliers, foreign components can be offered by five suppliers; There is 6 casting lines of exhaust-manifolds and 8 processing lines; 3 casting lines of flywheel housing, cylinder body. It can produce 3,000,000 water pumps, 2,000,000 exhaust manifolds, 1,000,000 sets of intake manifolds, 1,000,000 flywheel housings, etc, having been taking the first place among domestic industry of automobile water pump for serveral years.
